"My work reflects the interplay between control and chaos, rooted in the texture of nature’. Thomas Connery is currently an Artist in Residence at the PUB Art Gallery in Peninsula College. His inspiration comes from the landscapes and ecosystems that have shaped his artistic journey from the rush of New England to the high deserts of Arizona and the lush environment of the Pacific Northwest. Thomas Connery explores the texture of nature and the transformative process of clay blending precise forms with dynamic, atmospheric firing techniques. This exhibit captures the flow of movement, energy, and connection in nature, a stunning reflection of his time in the Olympic Peninsula.
