Where can I find Public Art?
The Uptown Art District is fortunate to have numerous locations throughout the district to view and connect with public art including sculpture, murals, and installations. We look forward to bringing more art to the district in the coming year thanks to support from the National Endowment for the Arts Our Town Program.

Utility Box Art
Check out the AMAZING work of 4 local and regional artists who have contributed their art on Utility Boxes located along Lauridsen Blvd. Art work was provided by Sarah Necco, Rachel Fisher, Tracey Beals, and Todd Fischer. Public Murals
Thanks to a partnership with Buena Luz Bakery and Artist Gianna Andrews we were able to support a mural located on the bakery building at the corner of Eunice and Lauridsen Blvd. This was installed in June of 2024. Coming in June 2025 two additional murals with go up in partnership with Artists Gianna Andrews, Simona Clausnitzer and students from the Boys and Girls Club.

North Olympic Library System
The mission of NOLS is nurturing imagination, connection, and understanding, to improve lives and strengthen community. Along with providing a collection of over 300,000 items and services for patrons who can’t travel to the library, NOLS houses a collection of public art in the main room of the Port Angeles Library.
Located at 2210 South Peabody Street.

Peninsula College
From their beautiful, natural surroundings to the thoughtful architecture, Peninsula College has always been visually striking. Thanks to the %-for-art Art in Public Places program through the Washington State Arts Commission, students, staff, and visitors can enjoy 74 State Art Collection artworks throughout campus.
Located at 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

Webster's Woods Sculpture Park
This 5-acre city park managed in partnership with Port Angeles Fine Arts Center and the City of Port Angeles offers over 100 works of art and 20 poetry signs located throughout the forest on rustic trails. It is open 7 days a week from dawn to dusk with picnic tables and benches available throughout the park. VIEW THE PARK MAP
